awesome possum steamboat bbq buffet!

one of my friends has been telling me about this place for a long long time...until recently didnt really have to drive to go...when i actually went there i really regretted not going sooner...

this place is called restoran talipon!

it's this place that is famous for its bbq+steamboat buffet....and the best part is it only costs RM 23.80 if im not mistaken lar....

so the gang got together(i shall now refer to anyone who goes out with me as the gang as it has expanded quite abit since last post) and we headed to that place at jalan kuchai lama...its actually just off old klang road...

ahh...why am i talking so much..guess i lost the touch after so long being away from the blogging world...well,i hate blogs without pictures so here we go!

This was zhen ru's 1st plate....i was about to laugh coz she went all healthy until i saw her

both were zhen ru's kill...haha...

i went sraight for the meats....well,anything that is remotely meaty lar..

serene and wong who joined us brought this plate back...

i was like wtf???spora!sure contaminate the steamboat....damn

wong loves his crabs so he went crazy....had a picture of his pile at the end of the night but wasnt too good so had to delete it...

didnt really care about what meat i was eating as long as it was meat..gahhh...!

chandni and kah tuck enjoying themselves....chandni claimed to have eaten like a horse but i would say more like a cat...good for you though...hahahahahhaha...

owh..this is wong and serene......

i tried grilling the prawns....some blogger said it tasted good when he marinated it in the chilli sauce that they served there...so i tried it..not bad but prawns werent too sweet...

beauuuuuutiful colouration though....looks damn yummy right...

expect nothing less from yours truly..hahahahahah

i wasnt too into the steamboat..i just loved the bbq grilling thing..

so i took this picture when wong was boiling his crabs....

and i think some other stuff as well but i dont know whats in there...some balls i think?

damn i miss this place already

there was just so much of food...we all ate and ate and ate....spent about 3 hours there....just eating....imagine that....theres like a few types of chicken(though the only one i recommend is the fried chicken wings) and theres beef,lamb,fish,cockles and all cockly seafood,prawns,crabs,ohmygodialmostforgot PORK!like 3 or 4 kinds...and theres like loads of balls and fishcakes...and free flow ice cream and ice kacang and some pudding thing which according to zhen ru is almond pudding..was very very nice...

at one point we got too tired of eating we started feeding this fella...

zhen ru named him bubuq...or bubuk..however you wanna spell it.....

omg...just realized theres not even one picture of zhen ru in here...and i forgot me...omg...i forgot ME!!!!!!....damn..ill put lotsa pictures of me and me and or yeah zhen ru in the next post..
